Initiate Your Return
Log into your Pokeflip account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
